Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Return Policy:

Items may be returned with a receipt. If you are an existing client in our database, we will have your transaction on file, a receipt is not required. Products must be returned unused, however, the package may be opened. Customers have 30 days to return a product from the date of purchase.

Exceptions:

• 10L Chlorine containers returned within 14 days (inclusive) of purchase are eligible for the return refund.
• Any measured, cut, or altered product is final sale and void from the return policy.

Refund Policy:

All refunds made by debit or credit require 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Shipping Policy:

We currently are not providing any delivery or shipping service. All product orders are to be picked up at the store in Stittsville. Our address: 1261 Stittsville Main Street (unit 13), Stittsville, ON K2S 2E4.
